Shipping Zones and Delivery Countries

We ship our products to the following regions:

  • Germany (domestic)
  • European Union
  • Countries outside the EU (upon request)

Delivery Times

  • Germany: 3-7 business days
  • EU countries: 5-10 business days
  • Outside the EU: 10-20 business days

Delivery times begin upon receipt of payment and apply to standard shipping. Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g., high order volume or holidays), delays may occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and depend on the delivery country and the weight of the order. You will see the exact costs in your shopping cart before completing your order.

Shipment Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your shipment.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please inform yourself in advance about the import regulations of your country.

Versandkosten

Sendungsverfolgung

Internationaler Versand

Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der EU können zusätzliche Zollgebühren und Einfuhrsteuern anfallen, die vom Empfänger zu tragen sind. Bitte informieren Sie sich vorab über die Einfuhrbestimmungen Ihres Landes.
